Over the years, it became apparent that Glad Heart Realty had become the relocation arm of IHOP-KC. “With approximately 50% of our clientele relocating to KC to be part of the IHOP-KC community, we found ourselves, apart from any conscious plan to do so, partnering with IHOP-KC in a big way.” This synergy finally led to the donation of Glad Heart to IHOP-KC in 2008. The transaction simply made sense to Diane and the IHOP-KC Board of Directors. Since that time Diane has continued to manage and give leadership to the company.

Glad Heart’s Team is comprised of twenty-five real estate agents and three administrative personnel. In addition, Glad Heart offers the services of a Commercial Department and a Bank Foreclosure Department.
