Diane Bickle's happiest when she is helping someone find their niche. "As a pastors wife, I grew up and developed leadership skills through the 1980's and 90's as our congregation grew from 18 to 3000 people."

Diane enjoys connecting with Mike, her best friend and husband of almost 30 years. Our friendship and partnership has grown as well as our respect for each other. "We like each other a lot and have fun together!"

Diane and Mike have two grown sons, one beautiful daughter-in law and 2 stunning granddaughters. "...Yes, those little girls have stolen my heart!"

Glad Heart Realty opened it's doors in the summer of 2001. Today, Diane oversees an office of 17 real estate professionals. Her focus is on training, system's development and working with sellers. Glad Heart Realty's presence in Kansas City and neighboring communities has grown steadily from day one. "It's been our pleasure to connect well over a thousand people to the perfect home, neighborhood and community. My agents are not only good at what they do; they are stellar human beings! The name Glad Heart Realty in south Kansas City reflects the warm but intense spiritual beliefs of owner Diane Bickle.
